Hi, I appreciate your article on real estate. However what I was alarmed to find is that no blogger from India provides an honest account of projects. All these writeups are biased and appear to be sponsored by the developers. Several years back many people wrote about Puri Constructions and their project Pranayam in Faridabad. What has turned up now is that Puri Constructions is one of the biggest frauds in the Delhi NCR region and is duping people by promising what they never deliver. What do you say about such developers? Are you a man enough to stand up and report such fraud?

If you talking about the Quality of Puri Constructions , Tha i am not agree with you reason is that builder like emaar mgf using puri to construct their residential township in gurgaon. but yes i agree with that some time builder ans constructor take time to deliver the project due to financial cresis..
